Returns Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

Report within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items. Include photos (except for silver jewellery). We’ll confirm if a return is needed.

Faulty or incomplete goods must be reported within 72 hours.

For overseas orders, we refund instead of replacing.

Incorrect Items

Notify us within 72 hours if you receive the wrong item.

Unwanted Items

Inform us within 14 days if you wish to return an unwanted item.

All items must be returned in original condition and packaging to:

 AWDS, S9 1XT 

Before Returning

Always contact us first and include your order number (starts with AWD).

Use tracked shipping for items valued over £15.

Keep proof of postage—we are not responsible for lost returns.


Returns without written communication may not be processed or reimbursed.
